Mangaluru: The police have brought back three out of seven children who went missing from Mangaluru Bal Mandira in Bondel on Sunday afternoon.
Maruthi (12), Chethan (13), Jeevan (13), Arun (17), Mukesh (17), Raju (16), Naveen (13) had left the Bal Mandir by jumping across the compound. However, Kavoor police who plunged into action traced three while the remaining four are yet to be traced.
The reason behind the move of the seven inmates is known yet. It is being said that children had some complaints against the Bal Mandir authorities, therefore they took this step. But there are some, who opine that students wanted to have some fun in outside world and hence did so.
